As a coach and ELPH-Life-Guide, I offer you holistic and at the same time concrete support for the challenges in the various areas of your life. Whether you are dealing with personal, professional, financial, family or relationship issues, ulitmately everything is interconnected.

Together, as part of ELPH-Therapy or (online) coaching, we can work out what the real underlying issues are and resolve them so that a natural balance can develop in your life that suits who you really are.

ELPH-Therapy, ELPH essences and EPA (ELPH-Personality-Analysis) also support you in recognizing your unique personality, bringing it to fruition and actively shaping your individual living conditions.

No matter what issue you have and what area of your life it affects, during a coaching session with me we will look at your situation in a positive and solution-oriented way and work together to bring you and your life back into balance. We can do this live or online, also in English.
